when buyers find you on an AI platform
Semrush · Seer Interactive
Your buyers are forming vendor shortlists in AI. Most B2B SaaS sites aren't in them.
Vendor shortlists now form inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity before sales is ever called. Your buyers are running pre-vendor research there. You can't see what the engines are saying about you.
01
Buyers research in AI before they contact you.
You don't know what the engines are saying.
02
Your existing SEO program doesn't move AI answers.
Ranking high on Google doesn't mean getting cited.
03
The engines change weekly.
Your team can't track every shift while doing their day job.
04
Staffing for GEO costs six figures.
And the discipline might look different in six months.
We don't guess. We measure across every engine your buyers use.
No sampling, no estimates. We run the questions your buyers would actually ask, in their own words, live against the engines answering them today, and read back exactly who shows up and who doesn't.
From that raw answer data we score visibility, share of voice, and ranked gaps: the buyer conversations happening across your category that you're not part of yet.
What one audit series produced
Insynctive, a B2B HRIS platform, went from effectively invisible in AI to 12x more visible in six weeks, on a matched 150-query set across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Insynctive
12x
More visible by week six
Buyer queries surfacing Insynctive went from 2 to 24 of 150, on the same matched set.
6x
At the four-week re-audit
Already 6 times more visible at the formal re-audit: 12 of 150 queries.
38
Pages shipped
Net-new server-rendered GEO pages in the first four weeks.
+504%
ChatGPT bot traffic
GPTBot crawl volume rose about 6x over baseline once the site became readable.
Crawler traffic moves first. Citation visibility follows within the month as the engines index the new content. Both moved in the first cycle, and visibility kept climbing past the four-week re-audit.

A sample of what you get
Just a portion of the monthly report, with illustrative numbers from a B2B SaaS audit. Yours runs deeper, scored against your own competitors and the queries your buyers actually ask.
[Synthesis] This account shows a classic funnel inversion: strong shortlisting visibility, near-invisible where buyers first articulate their problem. By the time you enter, competitor framing has already shaped what they're looking for.

How it works
One audit, three phases: Foundations → Visibility → Actions.
Every audit runs the same three phases across the four engines your buyers actually use. Get all three together, or start with just Foundations + Visibility and add your action plan whenever you're ready.
-
1
Foundations
We map who buys, who you're compared against, what they evaluate, and the technical foundation AI reads: the taxonomy you approve before we measure anything.
Ready in ~1 hour -
2
Visibility
We run your 150 buyer queries and score exactly where you appear, win, and get cited, against every competitor.
Within 24 hours -
3
Actions
You get the prioritized, owner-assigned action plan: the exact content to publish to win the buyer queries you're invisible for today.

A one-time audit is $1,650 for your visibility report, or $5,000 with the action plan to fix the gaps. When you want to stay ahead, done-with-you (your team ships) and done-for-you (we ship) memberships add a monthly re-audit and execution. The audit is self-serve; memberships start with a scoping call.
Frequently asked questions
What B2B SaaS marketing teams ask most often when they first consider an audit.
The fit
Who is Resonate Labs for?
Mid-market B2B SaaS companies whose buyers are researching in AI. Marketing teams with existing SEO, content, and demand programs who want a defensible position in the answers ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity give for their category.
What if we haven't done any GEO work yet?
Most audits start there. Foundations builds your knowledge graph and query set from scratch, and your first audit surfaces where you stand, what's blocking you, and what to ship first. You don't need an existing GEO program. You need to start one.
How we work
What does Resonate Labs actually do?
We run a visibility audit: 150 buyer queries across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, scored for visibility and accuracy, plus a prioritized action plan to close the gaps. You publish the content with our plan and support. A membership re-audits you every 30 days so you can prove the work moved your numbers.
How does Resonate Labs build the query set?
Every audit starts with Foundations: a knowledge graph mapping your category, ideal customer profiles, positioning, and competitors. You review and approve it, then it generates your 150-query set. On a membership we refresh it each cycle so the queries stay aligned with how buyers actually search this month.
How does Resonate Labs work with our internal content team?
It depends which model you're in. In Done-with-you, you own publishing: we set your team up on the Resonate execution engine and train them to run it, hand you the prioritized action plan, and back you in the member community on a membership. In Done-for-you, we write and publish the content for you. Either way, you ship at the cadence that works for your team, and we re-audit to prove it's working.
Practical details
How is pricing structured?
A one-time audit is $1,650 for your visibility report, or $5,000 for the report plus the action plan. Both are self-serve, with no sales call. For ongoing work, the done-with-you membership is $12,000 the first month (the audit, action plan, the execution engine, onboarding, and the member Slack), then $7,500 per month, with an additional audit and action plan at $1,500 each. The done-for-you membership is scope-based. Memberships start with a scoping call, and a prior audit is credited toward one.
What is the member community for?
Where Resonate Labs and members share live observations as the engines change. When one member discovers a schema pattern that stopped working, every other member has it within hours. The community also surfaces the questions that become the next version of the methodology.
How fast is the audit?
Your foundation is ready in about an hour for you to review and approve. Once you approve it, your visibility numbers and action plan land within 24 hours. No kickoff call, no scoping form.
